- There are several showers and WC down the hall and each room has a wash basin.
- The villa has its own kitchen and the cook prepares three meals per day.
- The laundry is done by school staff so students are taken care of completely.
- Language instructors live in the villa with students and are always there to help and answer questions.
- The villa has a party room as well as a room for projects like staging a theater play or making a newspaper.
- There is a basketball court and a barbecue in the garden
